Miracle Sofa Products
Will the Miracle Sofa cover work on my odd-shaped sofa?
The answer is probably yes - because the Miracle Sofa cover works with almost any type and shape of sofa. Actually that's how it got it's name - the universal fitment is a real miracle.
That includes Loveseats, Sectionals, L-Shaped Sofas, Single Sofa Chairs, and any other sofa types that have a rectangular shape. Curved sofas are trickier, so we really recommend speaking to our team so we can help.
Just take a look at our L-shaped/ sectional sofa sizing:
- Your sofa needs to be detached in 2 or more pieces
- You will need to buy separate sofa covers for each piece
- If the sofa is one big piece, our sofa covers will not fit.
Our customer support team are absolute experts at measuring and sizes. Challenge us to find your perfect fit, to protect and transform your home.

What magical material is the Miracle Sofa made of?
The Miracle Sofa is made from a proprietary mixture of Polyester and Spandex to keep it stretchy, strong and durable at the same time. We have both standard and spill-resistant versions, but all our covers have a soft to the touch feel.
Is the Miracle Sofa machine washable?
Yes! The sofa cover is easily washable. Simply remove it from the sofa, chuck it in the washing machine et voila! And because they're pretty tough you can wash them many times.

Will the Miracle Sofa cover protect my Sofa from my kids and pets?
Kids armed with pens, badly trained puppies and crazy late-night parties -our Miracle Sofa Cover has been tested in extreme conditions.
That being said, it is still made of fabric. Sharp objects, claws, etc. may damage the fabric.
That being said, we are always impressed by how durable it is so we are sure it will protect your sofa from normal wear and tear. It's helps protect against fur and dirt from pets like cats & dogs.
It is also spill and stain resistant (Please see the next question on Waterproof) to ensure that your Sofa is 100% safe, but we always encourage our customers to wipe up stains and spills as soon as they happen. If left too long some liquid will seep through - but our sofa covers will certainly give you enough time to soak up liquids before they cause damage.
Does 'spill-resistant' mean waterproof?
Miracle Sofa covers are not water proof, they are water-resistant, meaning that liquids will seep into the fabric given enough time or volume. We always encourage our customers to wipe up stains and spills as soon as they happen.

What Currencies and types of Payment do you accept?
We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
We process all payments in United States Dollars USD. All prices are displayed in USD also.
What are your shipping options?
Currently, we offer one standard and one insured shipping option. Please see our shipping page for more detailed information on shipping times by zone.
Do you deliver to my country?
Yes, absolutely! We pride ourselves on shipping worldwide and have delivered to happy customers in Iceland, Hawaii, all over Africa, the Caribbean, South America... Almost anywhere you can think of.
Note: Some locations in embargoed countries cannot receive shipments. To know for sure, attempt to check out and you'll see all of our ship-to countries within that list.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
All orders are expertly packaged, prepared, and shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering. We promise delivery within 40 days of you placing the order.
We offer worldwide shipping and the typical delivery time frame is between 7-20 business days. Depending on your location, you may receive items much earlier.
All orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

What if I do not receive my order?
We guarantee delivery within 1-6 weeks (40 days) of you placing the order. If 4 weeks have elapsed since you've placed your order, please send us an email at email@example.com so we can help you track your order. We will do our best to locate the order for you and keep our 40 day promise.
If you have not received the item within 40 days, you have the right to request a new package be shipped out to you instantly. You also have the right to ask for a full refund. However, please note that before we issue a refund, we might require you to contact the local post office and communicate with them.
In many cases, the post office marks the order as delivered (because they delivered it to a location you might not be aware of). There are also instances of the post office incorrectly marking an order as delivered.
Great! Now tell me about your famous 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Our satisfaction guarantee policy lasts 30days, beginning when our package is delivered to your address.
We do not accept any returns for items however please contact us within 30 days and we guarantee to resolve your issue in the most satisfactory manner. Our focus is on getting you the product you really need or resolving any issue you may have. Read more about it here.

Why am I not allowed to return my products?
We do not have the facilities to properly accept returned products to recycle, so we'd rather offer you a replacement or refund should you encounter manufacturer defects.
In an effort to reduce products ending up in landfills, please consider recycling any defective items rather than throwing them away. Recycling defective products locally cuts more carbon emissions that occur through shipping long distances.
What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you email@example.com. Can I exchange my order / item if I have ordered the wrong size?
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours from ordering. Since most of our products are custom printed on demand, we are not able to make refunds based on fit. It's why we encourage you to measure your sofa correctly as per our size guide at https://miraclesofa.com/pages/size-guide and don’t forget to see our measurement guides for L-shaped sofas. Can I exchange my order if it does not match my expectations?
If you have received a product that does not match your expectations please let us know at email@example.com what the issue is. Our customer support agent will communicate with you and assist with resolving your issue.
What if I am unhappy with the quality of my order?

What if I receive the wrong color or size than what I ordered?

Can I get a refund for my order?
If you would like a refund for reasons stated outside the ones mentioned on our refund policy at https://miraclesofa.com/pages/refund-policy, please write to our customer support agents at firstname.lastname@example.org. In some cases, you will be given a refund. But in some cases, we may send through a replacement or store credit.
Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?
Yes you can. We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time- send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
Where are you located?
Our main warehouses are based in the USA, with America distribution partners here. We also have some more distribution centers in Asia and Europe to help speed up delivery in these areas.
